This role involves helping to run a multi-million-pound store while motivating and developing a diverse and talented team. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager with tasks such as sorting deliveries, placing orders, dealing with customer queries, managing team performance, organizing holiday rotas, and focusing on maximizing sales, ensuring excellent customer service, minimizing costs, and optimizing operational efficiency.
