Job Description: Assistant Project Manager (Building Surveying Degree) - Super High-End Construction Client Side role - Central London! This is a very rare and unique client side role in London that is almost impossible to turn down. The opportunity offers you the chance to work for one of the most prestigious names in London with an established team of Project Managers.
The Role:
- Either be working on externals (facade, etc) or the internals (fit-out & refurbs).
- Review documentation, processes and ensure compliance.
- Communicate with Stakeholders, Business Unit Directors and Senior Managers.
- Treat the buildings as your pride and joy and be proactive in the care for them.
Up to £65,000.
The Project Manager:
- Consultancy or Client-side construction experience.
- Recent PM experience, but Building Surveying degree.
- 2 years+ pure Project Management experience in client side or consultancy.
- Good communication is imperative.
- Happy to work towards Project Management MRICS Chartership.
