Asset Manager Role at a Leading Property Company

We are partnered with a superb international property company, a market leader in real estate, seeking an Asset Manager to join their team.

This is a dynamic and lean team managing a diverse portfolio including logistics, warehousing, offices, and mixed-use assets.

Qualifications:

• RICS accredited candidate
• Proven asset management experience, preferably on the client or occupier side
• Flexible regarding the amount of specific experience required

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and execute opportunities to maximize revenue, including lease renewals and regears
2. Develop asset improvement strategies in collaboration with the Development Management team
3. Engage in regular interactions and negotiations with occupiers to enhance value and tenant experience
4. Manage relationships with stakeholders, clients, and external partners
5. Support service charge management and contribute to asset planning
6. Ensure budgets for capital, operational, and revenue are managed within limits

Ideal candidate profile:

• MRICS qualification with post-qualified experience
• Experience in industrial/logistics assets is advantageous
• Experience managing Joint Ventures is a plus
