Asset Management Loans Middle Office Analyst: Mayfair based boutique Asset Manager (Graduate with ideally 6-months – 2-years Operations experience)

Martis Search is representing a Mayfair-based boutique Alternative Asset Management company to urgently hire an “Asset Management Loans Investment Operations Middle Office Analyst.”

Our client is a small Mayfair-based Asset Manager with several small global offices. The role is based on the Investment floor, sitting next to the Front Office Sales and Fund Managers.

The role is within their Loans Middle Office Operations team, providing Front Office Investment Operations/Fund Administration support for their Portfolio Managers.

Our client trades various types of Loans for institutional clients such as Pension Funds and Insurance companies and has a solid AUM and strong 2024 performance.

They are looking for someone of graduate calibre, ideally with a 2:1 in a numerate subject such as Economics, Mathematics, etc., and ideally with 6 months to 2 years of Operations experience from a reputable Financial Services organization.

You will be trained in the entire Loans Operations Middle Office, including:

• Monthly and Quarterly NAVs/Valuations
• Trade Processing and Support
• Trade Query Resolution
• Reconciliations
• Loans Documentation
• Oversight of Operations by Administrator, Custodian, and Transfer Agent
