Konexo Legal Resourcing is a well-established and fast growing team created to meet demand for high quality interim lawyers, paralegals and legal project managers to support both clients and internal Eversheds Sutherland teams.
Asset Finance Lawyers Konexo Legal Resourcing is receiving an increased demand for interim lawyers to support our in-house clients which include some of the largest FTSE100 companies. We are keen to speak to qualified lawyers with Asset Finance experience.
What you should have:
- Experience in Asset Finance with a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory framework.
- Proven experience in supporting treasury functions, including advising on financing structures, loan agreements, and security documentation.
- Experience in handling cross-border transactions and familiarity with international finance laws and regulations.
- Experience in aircraft leasing.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage and negotiate complex financial agreements and contracts.
- Expertise in identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with asset finance transactions.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, troubleshoot and problem solve in a creative and innovative manner.
- Ability to manage a varied workload with minimal direction with effective legal risk management and appropriate escalation of legal risk.
