Your role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our examination processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative tasks. You will collaborate with colleagues, examiners, and subject matter experts to manage coursework and examinations, from arranging meetings and preparing documents to maintaining databases and ensuring confidentiality. Your creativity and initiative will be highly valued as you suggest new ideas and processes to improve our workflows. With your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, you will handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Your enthusiasm and can-do attitude will help you learn quickly navigate the specific requirements of our sector, making a significant impact on the team's success and the overall efficiency of the process.

You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and thrive in collaborative environments. You have some experience in administrative roles, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
