Architectural Technician

Our client is looking for two Architectural Technicians to join their growing Design Team. The ideal candidates should be proficient in Revit.

Role Overview

The position is primarily office-based, with site visits occurring 1 to 2 times per month.

Responsibilities

1. Producing technical design drawings for RIBA Work Stages 0 to 7, covering refurbishment and new build residential, commercial, and healthcare schemes.
2. Creating working drawings, specifications, and details, as well as checking and amending work drafted by others.
3. Producing building control and construction issue drawings.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proven experience working in a Design Office environment.
• Strong construction technical knowledge.
• Experience with building regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team under tight deadlines.
