Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Anti-Fraud and Chargeback Specialist. You will analyze data related to payment fraud and chargebacks, creating, modifying, and maintaining security rules to prevent fraud and chargebacks on Swapped.com. You will work proactively with our customer support team based on observed patterns, and manage/respond to chargebacks, communicating with law enforcement and banks as needed. As this is a new department, initial responsibilities will be high to minimize fraud and chargeback rates while avoiding false positives and customer churn.

• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Hands-on approach rather than managerial
• Experience in payments, compliance, and AML
• Experience with cryptocurrency and payment monitoring systems
• Preferred experience with SEON, Sift, and/or TRMLabs
• Knowledge of chargebacks and monitoring systems across card networks and processors

Compensation

€40-50K annually
