Job Description:

An exciting fashion retail brand in London is looking for an Analytics Manager to join their growing data team.

Based in London

2 days a week in the office – Central London

12 months mat cover

The Job

As the Analytics Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Partnering with Marketing and Buying/Merchandising teams to support brand and trading goals

Leading and mentoring a team of analytics professionals

Staying up to date with industry trends and tools

Delivering and evaluating data science projects (e.g. random forest, k-means, linear regression)

Enhancing existing data sets through data mining

Defining and delivering an agreed analytics strategy

Turning complex data into clear, actionable business insights

Driving process optimisation through analytics

You

• 6+ years\’ experience with tools like Python, R or SQL

Strong communicator, able to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences

Proven ability to lead analytics projects end to end

Passionate about improving data quality and tool adoption across the business

Strong team leadership and mentoring skills

Experienced in analytical modelling and machine learning techniques
