AI Solution Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a technically savvy and business-minded solutions architect to partner with our most strategic and high-impact platform customers. Your role will involve guiding them through application ideation, development, delivery, and scaling to maximize the value of their solutions on our platform. You will collaborate with a dynamic team, contribute to cutting-edge technologies, and significantly impact our company\’s success.

Responsibilities

1. Lead development and provide hands-on technical leadership in delivering proofs-of-concept or proofs-of-architecture for customers.
2. Collaborate with application engineers, product managers, and data scientists to develop solutions addressing real-world problems.
3. Work closely with strategic platform customers as their technical thought partner in ideating and building applications using our API.
4. Guide customers on maximizing business impact and accelerating their time to value.
5. Manage relationships with customer leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and scaling of applications.
6. Contribute to open-source resources for developers and enterprises.
7. Share knowledge, codify best practices, and publish notebooks to internal and external repositories to scale the Solutions Architect function.
8. Provide high-signal feedback to the Product and Research teams based on customer interactions and insights.

Technical Skills – Must have

• At least 5 years of experience as a data and analytics professional with knowledge of Transformer and other Deep Learning architectures, data lake architectures, data integration, and data governance.
• At least 2 years of experience with cloud-based AI/ML technologies from AWS, Azure, Google, HuggingFace, OpenAI, and Databricks.
• Passion for Generative AI and understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of Generative LLMs.
• Fundamental knowledge of ML, AI, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency with Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Technical Skills – Good to have

• Expertise in frameworks like TensorFlow, Pytorch, or Keras.
• Experience with statistical programming languages like R or Python, and applied machine learning techniques.
• Experience designing Transform architectures, especially LLMs, and creating proofs of concept for SML.
• Skills in optimizing AI solutions for runtime cost.
• Knowledge of conversational system architecture.
• Extensive experience with APIs, integrations, patterns, and big data technologies.

Additional Skills

Understanding of NLP engines, AI, and machine learning frameworks is appreciated.

Education Qualifications

• Engineering graduate or Master’s in Computer Applications.

Process Skills

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in gathering requirements and writing technical specifications.

Behavioral Skills

Certifications

Certifications in Machine Learning or AI are advantageous.
