AI Product Owner

One of our clients currently seek a AI Product Owner to join their dynamic team on an initial 3 month contract . This role is 90% remote with limited travel required to Netherlands.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within the telecommunications or entertainment industry.
• Demonstrable experience improving existing products with AI technologies — particularly NLP , chatbots , voice assistants , and contact centre automation .
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts , especially in the context of customer support.
• Familiarity with case studies or past implementations of automation in contact centres using AI.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Business-first mindset with a passion for delivering measurable impact.
