What You’ll Work On

You’ll support senior solicitors on a broad mix of rural land transactions and advisory work, including:

  • Sales and purchases of farms, estates, and agricultural land
  • Agricultural tenancies and succession planning
  • First registrations and title investigation
  • Easements, covenants, and access rights
  • Development opportunities on rural land

Clients range from traditional landowners and estates to entrepreneurial land-based businesses and developers. You’ll have early client contact and be supported by sector-leading experts across property, tax, and private client work.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales), from NQ up to 5 years PQE
  • Ideally has some experience in agricultural or rural property, but the team is also open to real estate lawyers and those with high-end residential conveyancing backgrounds with an interest in transitioning
  • Strong technical and organisational skills
  • Personable, pragmatic, and eager to work closely with clients in a relationship-driven team
