We are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap, working closely with Product Owners and development teams to ensure smooth execution, foster agile practices, and promote continuous improvement. Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid – flexible, with the option of either 2 or 3 days in the office) Salary: £50,000 – £60,000+ benefits package, including share options, pension, life cover, income protection, private medical insurance, EV car scheme, and Bike to Work scheme. Responsibilities: Lead delivery across the product lifecycle Collaborate with Product Owners on priorities and backlog management Manage timelines, releases, and cross-team dependencies Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on best practices Track performance and communicate progress to stakeholders Ensure quality, security, and compliance at all stages Act as Scrum Master, coaching teams in Agile principles and supporting continuous delivery improvements Requirements: Proven experience in delivery roles, ideally in fintech or financial services, but not essential Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with tools like Jira & Confluence Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and team collaboration Proactive, analytical, and delivery-focused mindset Please contact Joely at Synchro to learn more about this exciting opportunity! #J-18808-Ljbffr
