Job Description:

London (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

£50-60k (dependent on experience, plus commission/ kickers for over achieving)

We’re on the hunt for an experienced and confident Agency Sales Manager to join a unique and independent digital media company.

You’ll be the driving force behind agency partnerships – pitching big ideas, answering briefs, and owning relationships with key players; Havas and Mediacom . If you\’re creative, commercially-minded and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, this one’s for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and growing key agency accounts
• Pitching bespoke media solutions that stand out
• Responding to briefs with smart, creative thinking
• Spotting new business opportunities across the market
• Working closely with internal teams to get campaigns live
• Representing the brand at industry events and socials

What We’re Looking For

• Strong track record in media sales and hitting targets
• Agency sales experience (and contacts)
• Confident, well-connected and great in a room
• Creative thinker who can turn a brief into a winning pitch
