Competitive Salary + Benefits

Join one of the world’s most innovative consumer goods companies and lead the Amazon advertising strategy for one of their biggest global customers. This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic ownership, creative execution, and global visibility in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment. We’re looking for an Advertising Specialist with Amazon experience who’s ready to own the advertising strategy, performance, budget, and P&L across multiple regions and brands. You'll be the expert on all things Amazon Ads — from Sponsored Products to DSP — and play a key role in accelerating digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP) for Vendor and Seller accounts.
  • Align advertising strategies with overall business goals and individual country P&L objectives.
  • Implement best practices to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximise visibility.
  • Monitor key metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.) to track and optimise performance.
  • Generate actionable insights and share regular performance reports across countries and product categories.
  • Partner with local country teams, sales managers, and product owners to align strategies with market specific priorities.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers where needed.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across regions and campaigns.
  • Monitor spend and ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximising ROI.
  • Collaborate with content and brand teams to ensure all product listings meet Amazon retail readiness standards (A+ content, imagery, keywords, etc.).
  • Stay up to date with Amazon’s evolving platform, features, and advertising innovations.
  • Leverage tools like Amazon Advertising Console, Brand Analytics, and third-party platforms (Helium 10, Pacvue, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns across Vendor and Seller accounts.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon’s advertising formats, bidding models, and algorithms.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar.
  • Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially across global markets.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish are highly desirable).
  • Preferred: Experience working across multiple Amazon marketplaces, particularly in Europe.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Brand Registry.
  • Knowledge of SEO and retail readiness best practices for Amazon.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon DSP or similar programmatic platforms.

Why?

  • Be the Amazon Advertising lead for a globally loved portfolio of consumer brands.
  • Join a fast-paced, forward-thinking business with innovation at its core.
  • Work across international markets and collaborate with fun, energetic teams worldwide.
  • Enjoy career development opportunities, ownership, and the chance to make a global impact.
