What You'll Do
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, your responsibilities will include:
- Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts
- Updating the cashbook daily and performing bank reconciliations
- Preparing bank lodgements and direct debit files
- Issuing invoices, credit notes, and customer statements
- Monitoring and following up on outstanding customer balances
- Resolving discrepancies and reconciling customer accounts
- Maintaining records of all payment and credit communications
- Setting up new customers and maintaining the customer master file
- Assisting with month-end closing procedures
- Providing flexible support with other duties as required
About You
If you have previous experience as an Accounts Assistant or Sales Ledger Assistant, and possess:
- Strong accounts administration experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to meet deadlines consistently
- A strong team-working ability
