The Role
- Manage a portfolio of NHS accounts across the UK, focusing on contract renewals, upselling and cross-selling.
- Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
- Expand product usage across departments and specialities within existing accounts.
- Lead on new business opportunities through a mix of inbound and outbound strategies (with marketing support).
- Maintain a detailed CRM, build tailored account strategies, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with customer support and product teams to identify risks and uncover upsell opportunities.
About You
- 3+ years in sales or account management with a successful track record.
- Ideally preferred if you have previously worked in secondary care and are selling software into the NHS.
- Strong relationship-builder with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience selling software or digital solutions, ideally into the healthcare sector.
- Comfortable managing a large portfolio of clients and balancing commercial and service-led conversations.
- Able to work independently, prioritise effectively and travel across the UK as required.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
The Package
- Up to £45,000 base with £62,500 OTE.
- 23 days annual leave, increasing with length of service.
