What you’ll be doing
Helping great brands grow faster by supporting the day-to-day running of their Amazon accounts. You’ll work closely with our Head of Accounts to keep internal systems organised, ensure client deliverables are met, and keep our operations moving quickly. This is a junior role designed for someone highly organised, detail-focused and keen to develop a career in eCommerce. You’ll be trusted with important internal processes and given full training across Amazon tools and Launched systems. Your day-to-day might include:
- Uploading product content (images, bullets, A+) to Seller/Vendor Central
- Support the resolution of basic listing issues (e.g., suppressed ASINs, image pull-through)
- Perform basic account health checks and flag issues (e.g., chargebacks, suppressed listings)
- Following up with clients for missing info, assets or stock updates
