Their advanced technology leverages AI and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to optimize customer acquisition, upsell strategies, and retention. They provide a comprehensive view of online and offline touchpoints, enabling data-driven marketing decisions across channels like CRM, product data, TV, radio, in-store, and call centers. With a strong presence in France and a diverse client portfolio including major brands in e-commerce, retail, luxury, finance, insurance, and travel, they recently secured €6M funding to expand into the UK and US markets.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive UK to lead and scale operations in the region, responsible for executing the go-to-market strategy and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy & Business Development: Define and implement the UK market growth strategy in collaboration with the Head of Sales. Develop sales approaches and pipelines to ensure consistent revenue growth. Manage and optimize long sales cycles (approximately 5 months).
- Sales & Market Expansion: Primary focus on revenue generation through end-to-end sales processes. Target enterprise clients with marketing budgets of £1M+. Participate in industry events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with CMOs, Heads of Acquisition, and key marketing decision-makers. Ensure customer satisfaction and develop strategies for long-term retention. Collaborate with Customer Success and Data Science teams for onboarding and service delivery.
Package
Up to £70/80K fixed salary plus performance-based variable (total OTE up to £150K). Uncapped commission structure. Hybrid work location: based in France or the UK, with regular trips to Paris (bi-weekly).
Profile & Key Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS AdTech.
- Minimum of 5 years in Sales or Business Development, preferably in startups or scale-ups.
- Experience with enterprise clients and high-value sales cycles (£50K+ ARR).
- Fluent/native English speaker; UK market experience is essential.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Hunter mentality with strategic thinking, balancing execution with long-term planning.
