Our client, a vibrant, creative, and award-winning agency, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Social specialist to join their expanding team. This is an exceptional opportunity to manage strategic social direction and delivery across a diverse portfolio of prominent brands, with a strong emphasis on business-to-business engagement, alongside business-to-consumer landscapes. This role would be ideal for a Senior Account Manager with a social media specialism looking to step up.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serving as the primary client contact for a mix of B2B and B2C brands, managing their social media accounts from inception to completion.
  • Helping shape smart, data-led social media strategies for clients, then overseeing their flawless execution.
  • Building trust and fostering strong client relationships through consistent, strategic advice and proactive communication.
  • Spotting new social media trends and platform updates, then advising clients on how to best leverage them.
  • Managing and overseeing influencer campaigns that truly connect with target audiences across various platforms.
