Well-positioned market research agency, part of a larger content group, seeks an industrious Account Director with strong new business acumen gained from within research/insights. In this role, you will be selling full projects (tracking studies, etc.) rather than subscriptions for this online market research provider.
With a strong history of delivering market research/insights solutions, surveys, and panels to a broad range of clients, they aim to expand their reach, particularly into the agency sector (advertising, creative, media, etc.). You will work closely with research teams on project deliverables and share knowledge with the group's wider sales team promoting content solutions for the parent organization. You'll join an internationally focused organization embedded within the communications sector.
Your ideal experience includes demonstrable consultative sales expertise in selling full-service consumer market research or similar, from agencies, data collection, or related fields. You should be a strong presenter, target-driven, and have proven new business-winning skills. Previous sales experience to the agency sector is advantageous.
This role offers the opportunity to grow a key vertical with potential future team managerial prospects if it becomes a profitable revenue stream.
