Job Description:

My client is looking for an Account Director role for an Event/Engagement platform solution.

My client provides life sciences teams with a comprehensive solution to manage their in-person and virtual engagements, capturing every interaction in their CRM. This helps pharma organizations create better experiences for healthcare professionals at a lower cost. Their platform simplifies complex congress engagements, webinars, standalone meetings, advisory boards, and field-led meetings, transforming them into meaningful connections that drive results for commercial and medical teams.

Location

Switzerland / UK / Germany / France / Remote European Union.

About the Role:

The Account Director reports directly to the Head of Sales, focusing on driving revenue growth within existing and new customers. You will be the primary contact for key accounts in the EMEA region, identifying and closing expansion, upgrade, and renewal opportunities. You will also execute account retention and expansion plans, building relationships with key stakeholders, engaging with new users, and fostering trust-based relationships with champions and other stakeholders.

Required Skills/Qualifications (MUST HAVE):

• BA/MBA from a leading university.
• Deep knowledge of Events/Services
• Deep expertise in Life Sciences/Pharma
• Sales experience of more than 8 years in Events/Agency or CRM/Events SaaS software vendors (MUST HAVE).
• English and other European languages are a plus.
