Our client is seeking a Children’s Safeguarding Manager to join their dedicated team in a residential home for young people aged 8–17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. In this vital role, you’ll lead a committed team in creating a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment. You will ensure that every aspect of care, from daily routines to emotional support meets the highest standards, helping young people feel secure, valued, and ready to thrive. Our client is dedicated to helping children reach their full potential, offering personalised care and meaningful opportunities to encourage growth and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading safeguarding practice and ensuring exceptional care quality within the home
- Developing and supporting staff through training, mentoring, and supervision
- Fostering a culture of safety, respect, and inclusion
- Overseeing Ofsted inspections, Regulation 44 visits, and Regulation 45 reporting
- Working closely with multi-disciplinary partners to deliver positive outcomes

- Proven leadership experience within children’s residential care
