The Tenant and Community Coordinator is an exciting role within this prestigious shopping centre requiring a broad range of skills – you will be responsible for collation and reporting of data from retail tenants for the management team – and you will also be networking and building relationships with the same retailers. Responsibilities: * Completing weekly tenant feedback and figures reports * Report writing * Review footfall data and tenant feedback and identify any trends * Prepare reports for the client * Prepare presentations for Management Meetings * Maintaining up to date sales data * Act as one point of contact for tenants * Strive to continuously improve the tenant relationship * Managing tenant complaints specific to Marketing * Attending meetings, note taking * Maintain a photo library for use in promos and provide the Marketing Agency with social media photos and reels * Work with the appointed Marketing Agency with direction from the Centre Director * Assist in the management of events with support from the Centre Director and Operations Manager (this will involve some weekend working) The ideal …
