✨Showcase Your Sales Skills
Since this role requires a strong B2B sales background, prepare to discuss specific examples of your past successes. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers and highlight how you’ve generated new business or built client relationships.
✨Practice Your Communication
As a Recruitment Consultant, excellent communication is key. Practice articulating your thoughts clearly and confidently. Consider doing mock interviews with a friend or using video calls to refine your telephone manner and ensure you come across as professional and engaging.
