We are working with a well-established local business who are looking for an experienced Lettings Valuer to join their team in High Wycombe. This is a busy and varied role where you will be responsible for carrying out lettings valuations, winning new instructions and building strong relationships with landlords. You will be speaking with customers, following up on valuations, keeping in regular contact with landlords and helping to grow the lettings business locally. This would suit someone who has solid lettings experience, enjoys being out meeting people and is confident when it comes to building rapport, negotiating and converting opportunities.
Key Responsibilities of the Lettings Valuer:
- Carrying out lettings valuations and securing new instructions
- Following up on valuations and previous market appraisals
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords
- Keeping landlords updated throughout the process
- Generating new business opportunities
- Researching the local market and preparing comparable evidence
- Working closely with the wider lettings team
- Supporting with re-let properties and identifying opportunities
- Promoting the company’s service and offering
- Maintaining accurate records and notes
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with company procedures
