- High Wycombe £30,000 Permanent Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm
We're looking for a proactive and organised individual to join a friendly, well-established business in High Wycombe.
This is a varied role where you'll support the purchasing and supply chain team, working closely with suppliers and internal departments to help keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities of the Operations Assistant
- Raising and processing purchase orders
- Sourcing materials and liaising with suppliers
- Monitoring stock levels and supplier deliveries
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
- Supporting procurement activities and resolving supplier queries
- Producing reports and analysing purchasing data
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes
- Supporting the wider Supply Chain team with day-to-day administration
Requirements of the Operations Assistant
- Previous experience within purchasing, procurement, supply chain or operations
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with good relationship-building skills
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Comfortable working with business systems (SAGE experience beneficial)
- Able to prioritise a varied workload
