We are working with a well-established local business who are looking for an experienced Lettings Valuer to join their team in High Wycombe. This is a busy and varied role where you will be responsible for carrying out lettings valuations, winning new instructions and building strong relationships with landlords. You will be speaking with customers, following up on valuations, keeping in regular contact with landlords and helping to grow the lettings business locally.

Key Responsibilities of the Lettings Valuer:- Carrying out lettings valuations and securing new instructions
- Following up on valuations and previous market appraisals
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords
- Keeping landlords updated throughout the process
- Generating new business opportunities
- Researching the local market and preparing comparable evidence
- Working closely with the wider lettings team
- Supporting with re-let properties and identifying opportunities
