We're looking for a friendly and organised individual with ideally a year’s of office admin experience to join a busy office in High Wycombe.
This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, supporting customers, and working closely with different departments to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities of the Graduate Administrator
- Processing customer orders accurately from receipt through to delivery
- Managing customer enquiries by phone and email
- Liaising with customers regarding order progress and delivery updates
- Working closely with the sales, warehouse, production and finance teams
- Resolving order queries, shortages and delivery issues
- Preparing customer invoices
- Maintaining accurate customer and order records
- Supporting general office administration
- Assisting with reporting and identifying process improvements
Requirements of the Graduate Administrator
- Previous experience within sales administration, customer service or office administration
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
- A proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team
- Able to manage a busy and varied workload
