This is an opportunity to use previous conveyancing experience in a more flexible, in-house role without the pressure of running a full caseload or billing targets. We are looking for an experienced conveyancer to support our property team with transactions, legal processes and technical expertise on a part-time basis. This role would particularly suit someone looking to reduce hours or step back from private practice, while still staying engaged in the sector.
About the Role
- You will be joining an established property management team who are responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- You will support with the progression of property transactions, working closely with external solicitors and internal stakeholders to ensure purchases, sales and related legal processes run smoothly.
- Part-time, flexible, office-based role in Manchester.
- Liaising with contractors, tenants and agents to coordinate works and access.
- Assisting with general property management tasks as required.
