JR Properties manages a privately owned portfolio of commercial and residential properties across the UK. We are looking for an experienced, property lawyer/licensed conveyancer who holds the CLC Level 4 and Level 6 Diplomas in Conveyancing Law and Practice to join our property team on a flexible, part-time basis.
The ideal applicant will have significant experience in conveyancing and have wider commercial skills able to draw upon their experience to offer a wide variety of input into an established property management team.
This role will likely suit experienced lawyers who are looking to reduce their pressure, working hours and workload in a flexible in-house environment rather than a private practice. There will be no billing targets or fee earning expectations in this office based role in Openshaw, Manchester. This is a part time role with a minimum of two days per week.
We would love to meet applicants who are looking for a varied role who are able to get stuck into a team dynamic and support the department in a number of different ways, bringing their experience and expertise to the fore.
