JR Properties is a property management company that manages commercial and residential properties across the UK. We are looking for an experienced conveyancer to support our property team with transactions, legal processes and technical expertise on a part-time basis. This role would particularly suit someone looking to reduce hours or step back from private practice, while still staying engaged in the sector.

We are an office-based team, working Monday to Friday, and are flexible in terms of available hours. There will be a minimum of two days per week, but if the right candidate wants to work more, we will accommodate this.

This is an opportunity to use previous conveyancing experience in an established property management team who are responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory requirements are met. You will support with the progression of property transactions, as well as working closely with external solicitors and internal stakeholders to ensure purchases, sales and related legal processes run smoothly.

  • Raising and responding to legal enquiries.
  • Calculating payments, stamp duty, and legal fees.
  • Ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
