This is an opportunity to use previous conveyancing experience in a more flexible, in-house role without the pressure of running a full caseload or billing targets. We are looking for an experienced conveyancer to support our property team with transactions, legal processes and technical expertise on a part-time basis. This role would particularly suit someone looking to reduce hours or step back from private practice, while still staying engaged in the sector.

About the Role

You will be joining an established property management team who are responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory requirements are met. You will support with the progression of property transactions, working closely with external solicitors and internal stakeholders to ensure purchases, sales and related legal processes run smoothly.

  • Part-time, flexible, office-based role in Manchester
  • Liaising with contractors, tenants and agents to coordinate works and access
  • Assisting with general property management tasks as required
