This would particularly suit someone who has worked within Sales and has a natural sales talent, with previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

Role profile, duties include but are not limited to:
- Respond to all sales leads
- Handle inbound sales enquiries
- Deal with clients directly
- Proactively develop opportunities from dormant and new leads
- Ensure all enquiries are maximised with cross-sell/upsell where appropriate
- Liaise with other departments including logistics to ensure the status of client’s orders are updated
- Build, establish and maintain excellent client relationships
- Able to deal with complaints and issues effectively and with empathy

- Strong IT skills
