SALARY: £13.75 per hour

HOURS: P/T 9am – 3pm (Must be able to work Tues & Fri, other day is flex)

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Administrator to run the office in their family run business.

The Opportunity: A vital role in the company providing essential office support to the Team.

Role profile:

  • Answering the main phone line & mobile
  • Inputting all works to office calendar
  • Producing Risk & Methods Statements for all jobs
  • Liaise with clients and manage expectations.
  • Basic finance duties such as uploading invoices to Xero & credit control.
  • General administration duties for the team

Person profile:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and positive approach to work
  • The ability to build rapport with clients and suppliers

Essential criteria:

  • Must have admin experience within an office environment

Desired criteria:

  • Health & safety administrative experience
  • Working knowledge of Xero.
