Role: HR Administrator Part Time

Location: Loughborough

Reference: PV11270

Duration: Fixed Term Contract for 14 months

Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 per annum for 25 hours per week

Hours: Monday to Friday, 5 Hours per day flexible start between 8.00am to 9.30am

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an excellent HR professional who can be the first point of contact for all employees giving full HR support. We are looking for someone who can provide guidance on HR systems, policies, and procedures while supporting operational and commercial HR activities across our clients’ sites.

The Opportunity: Our client is a privately owned company who is renowned for excellence. Reporting directly to the MD, this role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a varied, standalone role supporting people across all areas of the employee lifecycle.

Role profile:

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employment policies and procedures, contract queries, L&D, occupational health referrals and monitoring
  • Carry out the onboarding and induction process for new starters
  • Maintain and update in house systems and databases
  • Produce HR documentation
  • Coordinate all L&D activities, monitoring progress and producing reports
  • Support the management and continuous improvement of HR
  • Provide administrative and HR support to the Senior Management Team
  • Produce monthly HR reports and analyse data
  • Assist with recruitment

Essential Criteria:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (minimum)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in HR and using HR systems
  • Previous onboarding experience
  • Strong numeracy and reporting skills with the ability to analyse data
  • A good understanding of UK employment law
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask
  • Able to work independently
