JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a highly successful client who is looking for a Fleet Admin Coordinator. In this key role, you will be fully supporting the Fleet Manager with lots of admin tasks, vehicle servicing and the management of the drivers. As Fleet Admin Coordinator you will guide the drivers, always ensuring adherence to compliance. There are plenty of opportunities to develop in this role and company in the long term. Role profile:

  • Monitor and record a thorough system of vehicle costs and efficiency
  • Create daily vehicle availability sheet
  • Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy, legally compliant, have MOT
  • Monitor repairs and maintenance expenses
  • Decide on repairs urgency and the route to repair
  • Review suppliers
  • Raise purchase orders and check invoice values
  • Take daily ownership of the log sheet, record fleet incidents
  • Provide performance reports on various areas such as fuel efficiency and vehicle utilisation
  • Ensure compliance with all necessary statutory agencies
  • Ensure drivers comply with relevant legislation
  • Ad hoc tasks

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships and communicate confidently with clients and colleagues at all levels.
