This role is pivotal to the team as you will be required to carry out Purchase & Sales Ledger tasks and other finance-based admin duties. ROLE PROFILE: * Raising Sales invoices * Carrying our Credit Control * Processing Purchase invoices * Preparation of month end reconciliations * Dealing with suppliers’ queries * Processing payments * Setting up bank payments * Processing expenses * Supporting team members with ad hoc duties * Developing new processes for streamlining within the team * Providing support with year-end audit PERSON PROFILE: * Able to prioritise workload be upbeat and positive in nature * Aptitude for numbers ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: * Experience working within an accounting department of a fast-paced business * Ability to stay calm and focussed when busy * Always looking for better systems and to be better individually * Highly organised with excellent communication skills * True team player * Excellent MS Office skills and someone who is IT savvy Due to the number of responses generated, we are unable to get back to every applicant.
