JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an excellent internal sales professional who can be the first point of contact for all customers. This would suit someone who has worked within a Sales role in a manufacturing or construction industry environment.

Role profile, duties include but are not limited to:
- Adhering to set target levels when securing orders with new and existing customers
- Ensure all orders and invoice queries are processed
- Producing quotations and following up in a timely manner
- Offering customers advice and an excellent service, managing their expectations
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Work with the external sales teams to always ensure fluid communication and outstanding service levels for your customers
- Influencing and controlling client relationships at all stages
- Participate in meetings with external sales teams and customers when requested
- Deliver and maintain all service KPIs
- Manage and monitor delivery of projects
- Coordinate contracts from the start to finish
Essential Criteria:
- 2 yearsβ experience working within a sales office
- Understanding operation sales processes
- The ability to absorb and relay technical information
- Highly organised with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and work on your own initiative
- Ability to analyse, make decisions, negotiate and sell products
- Experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
