Salary: £39,000 to £44,000 per annum + uncapped commission + car allowance

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5pm

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an excellent Business Development person – a Sales professional who will act as the main driver of the sales projects. You will be liaising with architects, contractors, developers and commercial organisations who would use your construction product range. You will engage with them early in the design process and assist them throughout their projects. This is very much a consultative sales role, and we are looking for a commercially minded salesperson who excels at building long term relationships. It is a brand-new position so you can go in and make it your own – you will be travelling at least once per week and this would particularly suit someone who has worked within a fast-paced environment.

Role profile, duties include but are not limited to:

  • Handle inbound sales enquiries and manage personal accounts
  • Presenting to and meeting clients such as architects, contractors, commercial stakeholders
  • Proactively develop opportunities from dormant and new leads
  • Ensure all enquiries are maximised with cross-sell/upsell where appropriate
