JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Administrator to assist the team. Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.
Role profile:
- First point of contact by managing incoming calls, emails and greeting visitors
- Maintain overall office efficiency by managing daily tasks and schedules
- Accurate data entry, including acknowledging customer orders
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, sorting daily post and parcels
- Coordinate the ordering and inventory of office supplies
- Oversee outgoing shipments, point to point tracking, and liaise with couriers daily to ensure timely delivery
- Assist with month end reporting documents
- Provide reliable support to the team by completing administrative tasks
Essential Experience:
