JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Administrator to provide administrative and practical support within the student services office.
Role profile:
- Undertake administration responsibilities connected with admissions and transitions of students including induction arrangements
- Provide professional, supportive and informative parental contact
- Maintain student records
- Provide primary first aid cover and manage student medication
- Various other duties as and when required
Essential Experience:
- Previous experience of working in an education background
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Happy to undertake first aid duties
- Experience of SIMS or Go4school
Further Skills/Experience:
- Proactive, organised and excellent time management
- DBS enhanced certificate essential
