The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 € per year.
You will manage your own caseload of family law matters, providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients. The department deals with a variety of family law matters including divorce and finances, public and private children matters, and domestic abuse matters. You will be expected to handle matters from initial instruction through to conclusion, with appropriate supervision where required. Experience of legal aid is essential, although there is scope to deal with private paying matters.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years experience in family law (essential)
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal
- Strong knowledge of family law procedures and legislation
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied family law caseload independently
- Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Attending court hearings where appropriate to assist Counsel
- Maintaining accurate case records and compliance with regulatory standards
- Contributing to business development and client relationship management
- Ensuring legal aid compliance
- Option to do your own advocacy
