We are looking for a driven individual to join our team to help service and manage our growing portfolio of high-end residential properties in Central London as part of a multi-family office business with a focus on High Net Worth overseas clients. This is a full-time office-based role. The role will be varied, hands-on and fast-paced. No one day will be the same.

The ideal candidate will be keen to become part of our well-established but expanding business, highly organised, resourceful, well-mannered and have a passion for property. They will be given their own portfolio to manage which will grow with time as they become acquainted with their role. Day-to-day duties will be diverse and will include:

  • Onsite visits
  • Dealing with issues that arise within properties
  • Meeting with clients
  • Liaising with a portfolio of suppliers
  • Ensuring tasks are completed and signed off
  • Administrative support such as bill management

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with day-to-day property management issues as they arise
  • Inspecting vacant properties and reporting back the visits to clients
  • Preparing properties for rental including organising furnishings, ensuring the property is legally compliant, overseeing snagging and ensuring the property is in top working order
  • Liaising with estate agents for property lettings
  • Progressing and agreeing new tenancies
  • Regulatory visits and check-ins on vacant properties
  • Dealing with Non-Resident Landlord tax returns
  • Managing contractors and small refurb/maintenance projects
  • Setting up utilities for vacant and rented properties
  • Day-to-day office administration
  • Attending networking and marketing events

Skills/Experience:

  • Some past experience of managing residential property
  • A desire to join a growing company
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service
  • Flexible with a hands-on approach
  • Ability to work alone at times with efficiency & discipline
  • A general understanding of the London residential property market
  • Experience of working with high net worth individuals is preferred but not essential

The successful candidate will be joining an existing team of experienced Property Managers, so a willingness to help out, learn and develop is key.
