Business opportunity for an entrepreneurial Managing Director to scale an established high end Central London Residential Property Management business. JR Capital is a London based multifamily office with an established in-house residential property management business serving our existing and loyal client base. The company manages 200+ high end residential properties in Prime Central London providing a comprehensive range of services for high value vacant (holiday homes) and rental properties.
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial individual to join the business at Managing Director / Partner level. The individual will be responsible for leading the strategic growth of the business. The business currently serves our existing Middle Eastern client base, there is significant potential to expand the offering to wider markets and clientele. The role involves balancing day-to-day operational oversight with long-term strategic planning to expand our client base and maximize our service quality and profitability. A strong emphasis will be placed on business development and marketing. The benefits package will be weighed towards performance with a long-term incentive plan including profit share.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic growth business plan.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of property managers.
- Drive business growth through client retention, service innovation, and expansion opportunities.
- Explore expansion opportunities through merger/acquisition or other corporate events.
- Identify potential new markets.
- Identify potential new income streams.
- Develop and implement branding & social media strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Manage company budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure financial targets and KPIs are met, including revenue growth and cost efficiency.
- Oversee Head of Property Management dealing with day-to-day property management operations, ensuring high service standards.
- Lead recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives alongside the Head of Property Management.
- Identify and integrate appropriate Software and CRM systems.
- Ensure the business is compliant with all current regulations and newly introduced legislation.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to initiate business/marketing ideas.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within property management, facilities management, agency or associated sectors.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving growth.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.

The position would suit a candidate with a transferrable book of HNW clients with properties in Central London and the Home Counties.
