We are delighted to be supporting our logistics client with their search for a driven, articulate and proactive Finance Assistant. This key finance role will ensure all ledgers are managed accurately while supporting senior finance leaders across the Group. Main duties will include:- Coding and posting of purchase invoices to Sage200 and following up invoice authorisations. Reconciliations of purchase ledger accounts to supplier statements. Coding and posting sales invoices to Sage200. Support the daily credit control function ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Ensure all month end deadlines are met as required. Assist with ad-hoc finance projects. This role is ideal for someone to take accountability of this key function and help support a very busy finance team – this client is incredibly impressive with exciting development plans for the future.
