As a Trade & Working Capital Client Service Account Manager in the Supply Chain Finance Team, you will manage client relationships and ensure seamless operations in addressing principal collections and program management. Your role is vital in liaising with buyers and program managers to support our clients\’ supply chain finance needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with buyers and program managers to address principal collections and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for their supply chain finance needs.
- Provide expert advice and solutions to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain finance transactions.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Review and produce reporting for internal distribution on Buyer collection status.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports for management and regulatory purposes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure understanding of supply chain finance processes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Strong knowledge of supply chain finance and trade finance instruments.
- Experience in client service or account management within the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications.
