As a senior technology strategy practitioner, you will shape and steward the firm’s Global Technology strategy, lead multi‑year portfolio planning and governance, prioritize investments, and drive measurable business outcomes through scalable enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Enterprise strategy and portfolio: Define strategic direction and a multi‑year technology roadmap aligned to firm priorities. Lead portfolio governance, investment prioritization, and benefits realization with clear OKRs and metrics. Frame enterprise opportunities and risks; design solutions that balance value, resiliency, security, and regulatory needs.
- Thought leadership: Synthesize market, technology, and regulatory trends into actionable strategies. Quantify financial impact, efficiency gains, and risk reduction; communicate trade‑offs and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stakeholder leadership: Advise and influence senior technology and business leaders; chair cross‑functional decision forums. Build trusted advisor relationships, drive alignment across regions and lines of business, and present to executive audiences.
- Execution and value delivery: Orchestrate complex, cross‑domain initiatives across product, platform, data/AI, and cyber. Stand up operating models, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure timely delivery and adoption at scale.
- Team leadership: Collaborate with senior strategy executives to support firm wide technology priorities. Lead and develop high‑performing teams; mentor talent and elevate analytical rigor and communication. Foster an inclusive, outcomes‑driven culture focused on customer impact and resilience.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years in technology strategy, consulting, platform strategy, or enterprise architecture; with 5 years leading multi‑disciplinary teams and enterprise portfolios.
- Proven track record translating strategy into roadmaps and delivering outcomes at scale (OKRs, benefits realization, financial impact).
- Depth across cloud modernization, data and AI, platform engineering, cybersecurity, and technology resilience; ability to navigate regulatory environments.
- Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and governance leadership.
- Strong problem‑structuring and analytical skills; comfort with investment cases, financial modeling, and prioritization at enterprise scale.
- Technical degree (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics) preferred; financial services experience is a plus but not required.
