As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within our product organization, you will partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.
Responsibilities
- Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.
- Collaborates with the Product Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies, boost timelines, execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
- Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers.
- Analyses, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
- Writes the product requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
- Supports end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management including testing, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
