In this role, you will shape integrated go-to-market campaigns that connect product strategy to client engagement.

As a Product Marketer – Associate in Commercial & Investment Bank Marketing, you will lead end-to-end marketing plans for a portfolio of global markets products and solutions.

You will help us educate and enable our teams with integrated go-to-market programs that combine client engagement and paid media to drive outcomes.

You will translate product value into audience-focused messaging and journeys across owned, earned, and paid channels.

You will use performance insights to continuously improve campaigns and strengthen adoption and ongoing usage.

  • Job responsibilities
  • Develop lifecycle engagement strategies from awareness through adoption, usage, and expansion.
  • Create nurture journeys (including email and onsite personalization) aligned to lifecycle moments and product usage signals.
  • Translate business goals into detailed media briefs, measurement plans, and success metrics.
  • Partner with media agencies to plan, buy, pace, optimize, and analyze paid media campaigns.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure media buying, creative assets, and tracking are delivered on time and aligned to objectives.
  • Integrate paid, owned, and earned channels to deliver cohesive campaigns across web, email, social, and events.
  • Plan and execute marketing programs across the user journey for products on J. P. Morgan Markets (jpmm. com).
  • Project‑manage cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver messaging and content through internal and external channels.
  • Monitor results and optimize campaigns in real time to improve impact and effectiveness.
  • Prepare clear readouts and presentations that communicate performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Write and edit marketing assets across digital, advertising, social, sales enablement tools, videos, and help guides.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience executing product marketing and digital marketing tactics in a business-to-business environment
  • Ability to translate complex, technical concepts into clear, audience‑focused messaging
  • Experience building and managing multi‑channel lifecycle or nurture programs (including email)
  • Experience working with external partners (such as agencies or vendors) to deliver marketing activities
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and levels
  • Strong written communication skills, including copywriting, editing, and proofreading
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate results and insights to stakeholders
  • Detail‑oriented, process‑driven approach with a continuous‑improvement mindset
